After watching the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings, you will feel empowered from awesome heights to choose each day whether you want to kayak out to the Mokulua islands you can clearly see from your house, join the kitesurfers in the water, or take the popular, moderate-hike further up the hillside, or maybe walk 10 minutes to Kailua town for a meal and shopping or a picnic, or drive out for the day to swim under nearby waterfalls. Return to your home to watch the moonrise and enjoy dinner and dessert on your big open balcony under the stars!

In addition to these spectacular vantage points from kitchen, living room, and all common areas in the upstairs and downstairs, master bedroom and bathroom, the house offers privacy, cool hillside tradewind breezes, and new furniture and appliances in 2011.
